"We have stayed at the Rodos Palladium several times and once again it exceeded all our expectations. We booked an Executive Pool Suite with half board and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The suite was spacious, modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Having our own private pool made the stay even more relaxing and special. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every member of staff, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our entire stay. The half-board option was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality dishes every day. The hotel's beautiful beachfront location, stunning pool area and overall atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. For us, Rodos Palladium remains one of the very best hotels in Rhodes. We always enjoy coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing holiday. "We had a wonderful stay at Rhodos Palladium and would gladly return. The hotel is very well maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were cleaned thoroughly every day. The bathrooms are also large and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, so everyone could easily find something they enjoyed. The overall food quality was very good throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the reception team was quick to respond and made us feel welcome. Families with children will especially appreciate the hotel's entertainment program, which kept the kids engaged and happy. At the same time, the hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere for adults looking to unwind. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, while the beach and surrounding facilities are well maintained. Compared to many other European holiday resorts, we found the prices to be very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Overall, Rhodos Palladium is an excellent choice for both families and couples looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay in Rhodes."

"My partner and I stayed at this hotel with high expectations after reading so many positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The pool area lacked any atmosphere, and there was no background music, which made it feel quite dull and uninviting. During one evening meal, we were given sparkling water instead of still water. Without realising, my partner opened the bottle. When we brought the mistake to a staff member’s attention, rather than resolving it politely, they spoke to my partner in a condescending manner, as if he were a child. This left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make matters worse, we both suffered from food poisoning during our stay, which meant we had to miss a prepaid excursion we had been really looking forward to. We had not eaten or drunk anywhere else prior to this, so this was extremely concerning. After this experience, I no longer felt comfortable eating or drinking anything at the hotel, despite having paid for breakfast and dinner. This significantly impacted and ultimately ruined our holiday. If you are a young couple considering booking this hotel, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
