"Not long back from the Chrysanthi and what a cracking little gem.The rooms may be small and dated but cleaned every day.Vangelis,Rina and the family are superb really look after everyone and make you welcome. There's plenty beds around the pool and bar area is spot on with lovely food.The main street is only 2 minutes up the bank but no noise in the appartments from the road.Already booked for next year."

"We all know Greece accommodation can be basic, many reviews say this place is basic, but that is not what it is... my s/c room was very small, dingy, dark, and not up to acceptable standard for 'basic'. It was GRIM. One wall painted in orange which was clearly poorly done all thin and streaky (naff paint and only 1 coat) but the room was way too small to carry a orange wall, along with a skanky pair of rusty orange curtains and orangey wooden architraves, doors kitchen unit and mis matched dated brown furniture it was dank! Depressing! Horrible! A rusty, greasy, manky plug in counter top 2 plate - not fit to cook on. Very old, extremely overdue for replacement kitchen sink and cupboards which were manky, too big for tiny room, with greasy manky minimal equipment. A fridge and kettle... this was 'room only' at best! So shouldn't be charged at s/c rate. The room was very small - too small for 2 people IMO only big enough to be marketed as a single room I feel. No table or seating inside as no space! The furniture Looked like charity shop rejects, all very old and broken handles and due to small room, small furniture, no space or room for anything!! There were 2 windows and one had no covering, so as I was ground floor I felt very vulnerable and visible!! Plus all.light came in. I had to hang clothes on the window frame for privacy! The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen anywhere! The front door had no lever lock or bolt so could only be locked with the key, and as the key turned on the electric, I couldnt see a thing to lock it as I couldnt have a light on! ... nipping in and out meant using key every time! There was a small terrace at front with an overgrown tree overspilling and hanging in it, and a broken clothes airer! Useless! Seriously the cost of this accommodation is way overcharged.. you can stay somewhere nice for very little more... I stayed in room no 5 - But was never there and I usually enjoy a chill in the morning with a cuppa and after the beach or day out etc... but it was so depressing, like a prison cell, I couldn't relax there for a minute. My advice; do not book here and stay somewhere else!! To the holiday company - you need to do something about the standards at this place!"

"Vangelis & Reena could not be more welcoming The studios are basic but spotlessly clean, in a great location. Studio was cleaned daily with towel & sheets changed mid week. Lots of places to eat, bus stop 5 mins walk with buses to Lindos,Rhodes Town and lots of more places. If you are looking somewhere to stay in Pefkos at a reasonable price you can’t go wrong."
