"Fantastic experience from start to finish. As others have said, breakfast was brilliant, you had ample and was brought to you every morning at your chosen slot. Some have complained that they didn’t get the slot they wanted but we had 8.15 which was fine for us. The reception helped us hire a car which I thoroughly recommend. The company bought the car to the reception and collected too and was a reasonable €85 a day (mid season price). We got to see so much more, uber were coming up €35 into Fira which was 6 minutes away so made much more sense to have the car for 5 days. The villa was spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. Couldn’t fault it. There is a small gym on site too, which was attached to our suite. The lunch service is from 12-3 and portions are large! We could have shared the salad! You can either pay cash on delivery or pay at the end of your stay. There is no option for evening food here. Our main bedroom was ensuite and my daughter’s bedroom which was upstairs had her separate bathroom underneath her. Like others have said there was no door to her bedroom but she still had privacy as you had to go up a flight of stairs which were closed in before getting to her room. There was really no privacy issues. We had suite 10 which seemed to have a larger pool than others. The one thing I would point out which really didn’t faze me was you can hear (and often smell) the local donkeys. It didn’t bother me at all but my teenage daughter complained of sitting there and getting a waft of them. All part of being in another country with animals so for me it wasn’t an issue. All in all thrilled with my choice and would recommend to others."

"Given the price, I think 4/5 stars is spot on. The resort itself is lovely. We stayed in Suite 5, the junior suite, and it was in immaculate condition—really nice finishes. Special shout out to the bed linen, the heavy duvet, and the aircon in both the living room and bedroom. I’m a super fussy sleeper, but I got a great rest here. The staff we met were all lovely, though maybe there aren’t quite enough of them? Breakfast gets delivered to your room, but you have to pick from limited time slots, which can feel a bit restrictive. When we checked in, we had to wait outside for a while as they were sorting another couple. Also, there’s no common area to just lounge around, grab a drink, or chill, which adds to this slight vibe of a lack of resources. It might sound a bit odd, but I reckon you’ll see the same thing mentioned in other reviews. That said, it didn’t ruin our holiday. My partner and I had a great time, but it’s the last 20% that separates "great" from "excellent," especially if you’re looking at honeymoon spots or something. Here’s a few nitpicks (hopefully constructive) that I think the resort could easily sort out: 1. The Wi-Fi is pretty poor. It’s enough for streaming TV or a film, but not great if you need to work or want to game (It took me over an hour to make a 2.8GB file transfer). 2. The TV is on the small side, and there’s no TV in the bedroom. 3. The junior suites sit above the employees’ rooms. It’s fine, but you do get a bit of noise. For example, the first night we arrived, we sat on our balcony at 8 PM, and the only noise was a guy downstairs taping up boxes. Not the end of the world, but it’s that last 20%. 4. You can hear the neighbors. Metal chairs on hard floors—you’re awake when they are. 5. Only 3 plates and 2 sets of cutlery in the room. Could do with more."

"The accommodation in very good here, we had a Junior Suite with outdoor hot tub. The room was very nice, large and spacious and in immaculate condition. Breakfast was fantastic as was the service by the chap who brought it. The staff were helpful and helped in organising trips and restaurants. Cleaning service was second to none. A really nice restaurant 6 mins walk away we went to a few times. Downsides - it is a good 20 mins walk up steep hills to get into Fira centre and you would not want to do this, dressed up on an evening. Taxi service is good but adds £40 to your evening out. You do not have a sunset view, the photos are of sunrise, so if that is what you want and are prepared to get up early that's fine. If you want sunset views you need to stay on the other side of the hill. They do not have a room where you can shower and change if you are leaving later in the day after checkout in the morning so we had to book another hotel for a few hours so we could get showered and changed before we were picked up. I would have expected a 5 Star resort to have factored this in."
