Alkyon Hotel

"We stayed at this Hotel from 8th - 17th July. The Hotel is family run and they arebvery welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offers a variety of choice. The pool is clean and lovely to cool down in after a day out exploring the Island. The town is a short distance from the Hotel which we have found safe to wander around. We appreciate the efforts made by the family to make our stay as enjoyable and restful as possible. We cannot recommend this family run hotel highly enough to stay while exploring the beautiful island of Santorini."

"The hotel is very well-maintained, clean, and the swimming pool is nice. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is owned and operated by a family, everyone was very nice and friendly, provided many helpful tips. Although it is far away from Fira and Oia, and we rented a car, so it is nice and quiet, away from the big crowds. It is only 5 minute drive to Kamari village center and the black sand beach, where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Overall, we are very happy that we chose this hotel, and would highly recommend it for someone rent a car. It is near the airport, so we can hear the noises from the airplanes. The breakfast has no hot items."
