"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Smy Mediterranean White Santorini and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home straight away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, comfortable and spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Everything was well maintained, and it was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have an enjoyable and stress free experience. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Maria, Elena, and kwstantina, who went above and beyond for us during our entire stay. They were always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and positive energy made such a difference to our holiday. The team helped us arrange excursions, recommended fantastic local restaurants and food spots, suggested activities to make the most of our time on the island, and even assisted with transport arrangements whenever needed. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their local knowledge was invaluable. It is rare to find such a dedicated and welcoming team, Their outstanding service and genuine care for guests created an experience that felt personal and memorable. We had an amazing time and would not hesitate to return to Smy Mediterranean White in the future. In fact, we would come back just to see Maria, Elena, and kwstantina again. "Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Although a little out of the way, the nearest down is Kamari which is lovely to visit for the beach, bars & restaurants. This hotel has a lovely pool, pool beds, pool bar and seating areas in the shade. You can hear the frequent planes flying overhead but nothing that disturbed us too much!. The pool bar had a good choice of drinks and food throughout the day, Pina Colada being my favourite. The breakfast menu was really good. Choice of meats, cheeses, fruits, hot buffet breakfast, cereals and breads. Also tea and coffee machines and fruit juices. The staff were so friendly and made you so welcome. Maria on reception especially went put of her way to greet every guest which such positively and with a wonderful smile. This hotel is great but you will need to hire a car or buggy to explore the island. Prices were reasonable and the reception staff organises this for you. There are also a few trips available, all will be ok the reception desk. Trips such as horse rising, greek wedding shows, volcano island tour sunset island tour and more."
