"Set above a lovely sand and pebble beach with a back drop of pine trees, the hotel accommodation gradually climbs from beach to pool and bar areas, to reception, then the rooms. We had one sea view double and one duplex sea view room. Tiled floors mopped daily and bed and bathroom linen were as nice on day 6 as day 1. The duplex view was fabulous. The head of house keeping checked that we had a comfortable arrangement in both rooms. Some extra soft pillows delivered within minutes of our request and they even rearranged the duplex bed to make the downstairs room even more comfortable - their suggestion. We couldn’t work the safe in one of the rooms but someone came to fix it within minutes! The half board evening meal was better than expected. The quality and choice was excellent. There are different restaurants in the hotel but it all comes from the same kitchen so there was nothing inferior about the half board option! Fine dining with comfy chairs and white table linen and an open window with a view of the pool and the sea beyond. As other guests have mentioned, the staff at every level, don’t just make you feel welcome - they anticipate what you may need even if you have not thought about it yet! That’s 5*."

"I recently stayed at the hotel with my 6 year old son and his grandparents. The breakfast was incredible - lots of choice and all fresh food! Hotel was perfectly clean and the staff were professional, attentive and friendly. The location is excellent - water taxi from the local beach, bus stop right outside the hotel and we were able to park our hired quad at the hotel. Will be returning next year!"

"Well designed hotel, with professional staff and manicured grounds and gardens. All staff are polite and have corporate uniform to make them easily identifiable. The staff genuinely want to serve and help you and work long hours in hot weather. Clean pools, sunbeds, pool area. Hour hour 1500/1800hrs, no glasses by pool ensures saftey. Little extras like mixed nuts and crisps with drinks is a bonus. Peaceful sea views with sound of waves. Rooms are clean and a good size, safe in room, balconies are clean with small clothes airer which is practical. When you look at cost per day for all the facilities, pools, gym, spa, beach, 3 restaurants it is good value. Breakfast buffet is a good choice and fresh."
