Alykanas Beach Grand Hotel by Zante Plaza

"We have just returned from this hotel, overall we had a great time. Hotel is nice, in a great location, rooms are good, beach is gorgeous. One of the main things that could be improved would be the restaurant area and food. Not much choice and the area to get the food is far too small and gets extremely busy, definitely needs to be bigger for the amount of guests. Also they do not lay up the tables, which I found really strange in an all inclusive hotel. I would return to this hotel, just hope they make some improvement to the restaurant and food. As we did end up eating out quite a lot."

"We had a great week here on our holiday. Hotel is well located with a magnificent view and perfect beach for kids. Staff are friendly, rooms cleaned daily and good variety of food. Definitely would go again."

"The Greece was so beautiful place and the water was amazing and we had beautiful time outside the hotel But inside the hotel, they all staff work they had no experience even they wash the spoon over there. They carry 23 and the hands bring put them in the basket, which is the show no experience nothing And most of the time the food was cold and where we used to leave in the hotel the Aircon doesn’t work 23 times. I report down to come to sort out the Aircon nobody turned up. Every single days same food and even where we eat the food loads of flies were hang around in the window the box everything was in there no clean. Nothing staff had no experience what to do or what they’re not doing and the last thing is the stuff they don’t have no communication with each others and the manager she was very rude Dining area was small not to accommodate number of guests Every day they cook spaghetti for the kids my son gone so skinny won’t come back to home The swing was in the last lake and it was so wobbly in the slide And other things there was a man selling the stuff inside the hotel walking hanging around with a load of dinghy dingy . The staff used to work clean the room was nice and they were very good but after the room after after the rooms were cleaned, the after smell was unpleasant When you when you have your transfer, you have to wait outside the hotel as the coach driver cannot access the reception area And the guy he worked during the reception he wasn’t good with us. He was so rude even he couldn’t speak proper English and said oh you guys have to wait hours to see him they’re not coming in here."
