The hotel is so central to everything 2 mins to beach and bars. Only let down was the room a bit dated and bathroom kept flooding. Would i return of course i would"

"Where do I even begin? My daughters and I have just returned home from the most wonderful holiday at Club Zante Plaza in Laganas, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. This trip was especially important to me because it was the first time I had travelled abroad alone with my daughters. Naturally, I was a little nervous, and on top of that, I have coeliac disease, which means I must follow a strict gluten-free diet. I was worried that finding safe and enjoyable food might be difficult, but from the very first day, all my concerns disappeared thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every single member of staff. From the hardworking housekeeping team( a special thank you to Marieta) who kept our room spotless every day, to the reception staff, waiters, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen team - everyone played a part in making our stay truly special. They created such a warm, welcoming, and family-like atmosphere that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you goes to Chef Jhon, who was simply outstanding. From day one, he personally showed me which dishes could eat and made sure! was always well looked after. Every evening, there was a different themed dinner - Greek, Mexican, Italian, International, and more - and no matter what was being served, he always prepared delicious gluten-free options for me. Not only that, but I also had gluten-free bread and desserts available throughout my stay. As someone with coeliac disease, this level of care, knowledge, and attention meant the world to me. The food was absolutely delicious, and I never once felt limited or excluded. I would also like to give special recognition to the wonderful receptionists Lemonia and Eve. They were always professional, friendly, smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and positive attitude made a huge difference and added so much to our overall experience. And we must not forget the hotel manager, who also went above and beyond. He made sure we were comfortable, checked in on us regularly, and helped us feel truly looked after during our stay. And of course, I cannot write this review without mentioning the two amazing bartenders, Dennis and Alonso. They are genuinely some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Always smiling, always cheerful, incredibly helpful, and fantastic with guests. My daughters absolutely adored them both and looked forward to seeing them every day. They made us laugh, made us feel welcome, and helped create memories that we will cherish for a long time. What makes Club Zante Plaza truly special is not just the location, the food, or the facilities - it is the people. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism are second to none.
