"Having read reviews of the hotel just before travelling there I was anxious and wondered what I’d gotten myself into, however what we experienced couldn’t have been more different to the one star reviews I’d read. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were super friendly and remembered previous conversations despite the number of guests they spoke to every day, the food selection was great every single day and overall I loved everything about the place. I’m hoping to book to return again next year!"

"A few improvements would have given a much better score."

"We arrived at the hotel at 3.30 on Sunday 24th and lunch had finished. We paid for MFC. We were offered a drink but nothing to eat, we were told by Eva that we had to wait till evening service. Not even a piece of fruit was offered which was really disappointing as we’d been 2 years ago and expected slightly better seeing as we had upgraded. We had a nice week as the weather was beautiful. The food was ok always something to eat. Alex was nice in the restaurant. Some of the ladies were a little miserable but given they were understaffed it was hardly surprising. My husband had a nasty fall by the left infinity pool and I have to say the staff were good at responding however we understand this wasn’t the first slip someone had had during that week. Shame they couldn’t have put something down to make the concrete a little less treacherous. Michelle and Yoanna at the fancy bar get a shout out for their help and some other holidaymakers who came to our aid. Thank you! Sadly the Al La carte wasn’t open at any point during our stay. We had been looking forward to eating there. The cleaning staff were good with no complaints.. As someone has already pointed out though the Air Con in the room had a bright light which was very dazzling even with the curtains closed. Take an eye mask! The complimentary bath robes and slippers are a nice touch but only if you’re a size small, maybe it would be a good idea to have the size for you delivered to your room as they didn’t cover everywhere 😳 all in all a nice relaxing week, but would I go back? I don’t think so not until the hotel have got their act together and travellers get what they pay for. We paid a lot for half term week as did a lot of people, so they need to be reviewing these comments and getting things sorted for others who have yet to holiday there. One last thing, a fair few official looking men were walking round but not once did they speak to people, maybe they should have!! Erida at the spa did a wonderful massage as did Angela and Chris round by the pool."
