Tsilivi Beach Hotel

"Avoid this place at all costs. This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and easily the biggest waste of money. The customer service is beyond terrible. The manager is shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any issues you raise are either ignored or met with attitude. The staff actively make situations worse rather than resolving them. The environment is chaotic and uncomfortable. Other guests behave aggressively, paranoid, confrontational, and constantly starting arguments and the staff not only fail to intervene, they actually take their side. It feels unsafe and hostile. The food is absolutely revolting. Genuinely inedible. I wouldn’t trust anything coming out of that kitchen. As for the room, it’s barely passable and that’s being generous. The bathroom floods every single time someone showers, turning a basic necessity into a complete mess. Hair all over the floor when we first arrived and took til the last day for them to bring a remote for the air conditioning. Fobbed us off saying it’ll automatically turn on when the balcony doors are shut, false. Everything about this place is unacceptable. Poor management, awful service, disgusting food, and a toxic atmosphere. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else."

"just returned from my sixth visit to tsvilli and my fifth stay at the tsvilli Beach Hotel. Once again, I was thoroughly satisfied. Alex, Margareta, and Ilyana at the front desk are always welcoming and ready to help with any request, and they’re fantastic with my family—a real highlight. This time, we didn’t explore the local taverns as much, since we were with a small baby, so we tried the all-inclusive hotel restaurant. I was skeptical after reading mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Angelo, the breakfast coach, was outstanding—knowledgeable about allergies, attentive, and always making sure we had what we needed. Royna and Irina in the kitchen were also exceptional—so warm, friendly, and clearly committed to the food. I was truly impressed: fresh salads, delicious desserts, and perfectly cooked dishes. And having hot fries whenever we wanted was a big plus! Considering the price, the all-inclusive value is fantastic. I also want to give a big thank you to the young Ukrainian lady, Tatiana (I believe that was her name), who cleaned our room 207 and 208. She did an amazing job keeping up with the kids’ mess and was always cheerful. A big thank you to her as well. And once again, thanks to the entire team—especially Alex, Margareta, and Ilyana—for making this stay"

"Lovely hotel, booked via love holidays and got a great deal. Hotel presents very well, nice rooms with all you'd need. Pool area lovely with plenty of sunloungers. Food good and drinks as expected for all inclusive."
