Hotel Moments Budapest

"We stayed here from the 1st-4th June and had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of the city with everything very walkable. It was immaculately clean everywhere, rooms well appointed, plenty of toiletries and staff were so helpful when we asked for more. Breakfast was brilliant, all you could wish for including Prosecco if you so wished to partake! Even had a gluten free station which was so welcome as one of our group is gluten intolerant, she was so happy to be able to have a croissant for a change. There's a coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby and cake, cookies etc., between 3-5pm, very welcome after lots of walking. All in all i have no hesitation at all in recommending this beautiful hotel to anyone."

"Great hotel--incredible value for money. Lovely people at the desk, very large and well appointed rooms. Location at the high end luxury strip of Andrassy Street is perfect--close to Opera and to Jewish quarter. The hotel is an atrium style hotel which worried me at first because these hotels can be noisy, but it was very quiet. In the lobby, 24 hours a day, there is a small lounge with tea and coffee and hot water, which is very lovely. The breakfast is put on by a Lebanese Syrian restaurant called Zenobia. I am sure their restaurant fare is good, but they have a hard time with breakfast--the smoked salmon swims in water. The cucumbers seem hastily cut and washed and also swim in water. the cheese often has a crust and is sweating--as if it has set out too long. Too many offerings, not lovingly attended to--too chaotic--too big a space with not enough staff to tend to things. I think they can work this out by only using half of the restaurant space, reducing offerings, and making those offerings really good. I'd suggest incorporationg some of the Zenobia offerings into the breakfast to make it special--a middle eastern sort of take on Hungarian breakfast might be just the thing."

The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable night's sleep, making it great value for money. Its central location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. I would absolutely choose to stay here again and would gladly recommend it to any traveler looking for a reliable and pleasant hotel experience."
