"Great location and excellent service from Alfonso on reception. We visited all of his recommendations during our stay. The room had everything we needed, I have only marked down by one star as it was very hot and we couldn't get the thermostat to work so opened windows instead. Also no milk for the tea in the room but this was provided when I requested it. Breakfast was very good with eggs cooked to order if requested. Would definitely stay again."

"My friends and I just returned from a marvellous stay at this hotel. Roland on reception was very helpful and had great English. He gave great directions and advice and the reception area was a light and gorgeous place to hang out. The hotel was very well placed and in the centre of things on the Pest side of the Danube, very close to the Chain Bridge so you could walk over to Buda very quickly. The river trips are also only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was wonderful, where you could order your eggs, mushrooms, bacon etc freshly cooked or other delicious items from the heated buffet which was fantastic for gluten free and dairy free and suited me well (with gluten free bread on request). They also had the usual cold buffet, which looked nice. The chef was very helpful and nice. The rooms were quiet, spotless, freshly refurbished and stylish with very comfortable beds, huge windows, an enormous shower/gorgeous sink with room for your toiletries and radiator to hang/dry your towel. Toothbrushes/paste, shower cap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser provided. All in all the building had an elegant feel about it. There was a little bit of work going on but it didn't really bother me. A little noise early in morning from the bin van if you have your window open but you can just close them and use the aircon for peace and quiet."

"My daughter and I needed a room as an emergency because our apartment renovation wasn't ready for us to move in. And thankfully, they had a room available for us for 4 days. It's a beautiful hotel. Excellent location. You're right near Vorosmarty ter, Vaci utca, and the Danube. The rooms are clean, the customer service is good, and their beds are comfortable. They have an excellent little gym to use. That had all of the weights and equipment. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that I don't understand why they say they have Netflix and other streaming apps that says you can cast an app on the TV, but neither the TV in the bedroom nor in the gym worked."
