    Ishia is an island awash with culinary history and its put front and centre at the Botania Relais and Spa. Il mirto is its innovative vegetarian restaurant and the first on the island to be awarded a Green Michelin Star. Il Corbezzolo, meanwhile, takes a more traditional approach, with a focus on fresh seafood and local meats, while Cucina di Nonna Marì offers up light lunches and private dinners to tantalise your tastebuds.
