"Our stay at The Lake Como EDITION was honestly incredible. The property is beautiful in person, even better than the photos, and the whole place has this calm, polished feel without being stiff or overly formal. Everything felt thoughtful, from the design to the atmosphere to the way the staff handled every interaction. It is one of those hotels where you feel the difference right away the second you arrive. The service was excelent the entire stay. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, and nothing ever felt forced. The team made everything feel easy and smooth, which matters a lot when you are traveling and just want to relax. You can tell they pay attention to details and really care about creating a great experience for guests. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully done. The bed was amazing, the bathroom was stunning, and the whole space felt fresh, luxurious, and very well kept. One thing I would absolutely tell anyone booking here is to book the room with the lake view. It is breath taking. Waking up to that view in the morning and seeing the water from your room is worth it. It changes the whole stay and makes the experience feel even more special. Food and drinks were also fantastic, and the overall vibe of the hotel was just done really well. It felt stylish and high end, but still peaceful and inviting. Nothing felt try hard. It just felt right. This was easily one of the most memorable hotel stays I have had in Italy. Beautiful property, amazing service, great rooms, and an atmosphere that makes you not want to leave. We were already talking about coming back before the trip was even over. Easy 5 stars."

"The brand-new edition hotel is a very lovely place to stay. The ambience of the hotel is modern but still in keeping with the aesthetic of stylish Italian luxury. The staff are very attentive and friendly and as long as you don’t book the most basic room it is very comfortable. The food is superb especially the breakfast and the spa is a lovely and welcome place to spend if the afternoon is not especially warm outside. If we had one gripe, it is that there are not enough sunbeds around the pool for everyone which means you may have to wait a busy times. In our case, we only had to wait a short while. It seems like the problem could be easily solved as there is plenty of space to put more sun beds on the pool deck. Overall, we had a fantastic 2 nightstay and enjoyed it very much. Would highly recommend."
