"Absolutely superb from start to finish - staff were the most friendly we have ever experienced in any hotel and specifically given we had our 8 month old son on his first holiday. They simply couldnt do enough! Room 508 has off the chart views, breakfast superb, pool superb and a pleasurable 15 minute walk along lake to centre - fantastic."

"We had the pleasure of staying three nights at this lovely hotel everything was so good from the staff to the lovely breakfast each morning the hotel and our room were spotless clean and very modern the pool area looked lovely unfortunately the weather was against us so we didn't get to use it . I left a very expensive pair of sunglasses in my room when I checked out and didn't realize until I got home I immediately got in touch with the hotel and they were so helpful they emailed to say they had found them and have already mailed them to me so they obviously have very honest staff I am so grateful they were a gift for my 60th birthday so had a lot of sentimental value to me once again a huge thank you to everyone involved for being so honest I would highly recommend this hotel"

"The room we booked looked nice in the photos online, but the pictures conveniently hid the reality: the windows are heavily tinted, so you can’t see that your room actually looks out over the building’s basement. For a 4-star hotel, the room was extremely small and cramped, especially considering the price of €208 per night. We initially planned to book through Booking.com, but the hotel convinced us to book directly on their website with supposed “bonus perks” like free parking. In the end, it was even more expensive than Booking.com, and we were given a room in what felt like a storage area. When we complained, the staff justified it by saying we had booked a “Basic Room.” But seriously—what kind of “basic” room costs this much in a resort town? To make matters worse, the staff refused to move our dates, there were no available rooms for an upgrade, and we ended up having to pay a penalty to check out early—because living in a basement for €200 per night is simply unacceptable. Now, I can’t even leave an honest review on Booking.com, where they still maintain a 9.1 rating. Honestly, there are plenty of other hotels nearby at the same price with proper views and more spacious rooms. I would not recommend this place if you expect comfort and transparency about what you’re actually getting."
