Majestic spot on Lake Maggiore
Stand outside the Regina Palace Hotel and you’ll find that it really lives up to its name – you almost expect to see royal parades in the courtyard. The hotel’s highly-rated Charleston Restaurant serves an à la carte menu of Italian and international dishes, all made with fresh local ingredients. If you’re staying at the hotel on a half-board basis, you’ll have your breakfast and dinner at the Liberty Restaurant, or out on the terrace in the sunshine in the summer. Peckish during the day?
