Preserved within the stunning Basilica Santa Maria delle Grazie, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it’s the work of one of the most influential figures in the history of art. Seeing it in person is simply breathtaking.

    Public transport

    Getting around Milan from the hotel couldn’t be easier. While there’s plenty to see on foot, you can also hop on the tram, which stops right outside, or head to the Metro – the Milano Repubblica station is less than a five-minute walk away. The grand Milano Centrale train station is also only 10 minutes away on foot. One of the world’s most impressive railway stations, it’s worth the trip just to see the architecture – but it’s also handy if you need to catch the train to Milan’s airports.

    Milan is often referred to as the world’s fashion capital, so if shopping is your thing, you’re in the right place.
