"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at UNA Hotels Galles Milano and would strongly advise other travellers to think carefully before booking. My sister and I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, our experience was disrupted by ongoing renovation and maintenance works taking place directly on our floor, which were not disclosed by the hotel or in the booking information. At approximately 9:00am, we were woken by loud drilling and construction noise, making it impossible to continue resting. Had we known renovations were taking place, we would never have chosen to stay at this hotel. When we raised our concerns at reception during check-out, we were told that we should have informed them and they could have moved us to another room. This response completely overlooked the fact that guests cannot be expected to complain about renovation works they were never informed about in the first place. We also asked to speak with the hotel manager, who initially refused to meet with us. When he eventually did, the only solution offered was lunch in the hotel restaurant, which did not address the disruption to our stay or the hotel’s failure to be transparent about the ongoing works. Despite submitting a formal complaint and providing video evidence of the drilling and renovation work, the hotel has refused to provide a refund or offer any meaningful compensation. What is most disappointing is not only the disruption itself, but the complete lack of accountability shown afterwards. This trip was intended to be a relaxing break for my sister, who has been experiencing health difficulties and needed a peaceful change of environment. Instead, we were met with construction noise, dismissive responses, and a complaints process that left us feeling that guest concerns were not taken seriously. I have retained video evidence of the noise and renovation works that affected our stay. Potential guests should be aware that our experience was not only impacted by undisclosed construction works, but also by the hotel’s unwillingness to take responsibility once the issue was raised. Based on both the disruption itself and the way our complaint was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"We recently stayed 5 nights at UNAHOTELS Galles Milano in a Junior Suite and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience. The suite itself was modern, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities and a nice variety of in-room essentials. A few small issues came up during our stay, but to the hotel’s credit, they were addressed promptly each time. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths — very lively, well connected, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you may need. It’s not secluded at all, which made it easy and enjoyable to explore the city. Having a supermarket downstairs was especially convenient. Breakfast was good overall with a decent spread, though I would have appreciated more vegetarian options. One thing that surprised us was that only one bottle of mineral water was provided at the beginning of the stay, despite staying for 5 nights. Thankfully, buying water from the supermarket downstairs was easy. We used the spa facility - the swimming pool was nice with the water being clean and the right temperature. The housekeeping team was genuinely warm and friendly and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. However, the front desk and other staff members often seemed tired or uninterested, and a warmer, more engaging attitude would have made the experience feel more hospitable. Overall, this is a nice, modern hotel in a fantastic location with comfortable rooms and good amenities. With slightly friendlier service and a few thoughtful touches, it could easily become an exceptional stay."

"We stayed for 2 nights in the hotel.. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean and big. Room staff greeted as well and gave us the spa kit that came along with the package. However weather in milan was hot around 25c but there was no ac in the room. No fan either. Upon asking we were told that they are not allowed to start ac as per Milan City regulations. They had no fan either and we were asked to keep the windows open. Our room was aside the city view and it was already very noisy due to traffic in the road throughout the night. Very poor quality of sleep and room was of very old decor and no ventilation at all. There were no milk sachets and the water bottle was not kept down the 2bd night. Staff were helpful to give us water and milk when asked. Overall the stay was not good because of the ac and room temperature.. Definitely not a 4 star hotel"
