"All was fine until I checked out. I then found my credit card which they said would be blocked for city tax had been charged overnight with the taxes and extras without my permission. They also duplicated my daughter’s city tax and extras on her room charging them to her credit card and to mine. I used my credit to make the original booking for both rooms. She used her card for a separate transaction in the hotel unrelated to the reservation and went on to use her card without approval. No permission for charging in advance was given by me when checking in. They said any charges would be authorised by me at check out and nothing would be charged to my card in the meantime. Totally untrue. When challenged they became defensive even when I showed my credit card transactions. They just couldn’t or didn’t want to see what they had done wrong. In the end one guy who I presume was more senior said as an explanation ‘their system isn’t perfect’ For me it ruined the stay in a nice hotel. To make it worse my daughter was stuck in one of the lifts when it stopped between floors , descended and jolted to an abrupt stop. She used the alarm and they eventually came and rescued her. They had no idea on which floor she was stuck. She was traumatised by the experience and she had to climb out between the 6th and 7th floors. They apologised and said sometimes when there is a big demand on electricity in the city this type of thing can happen. They said they would review and report back to us. I don’t expect to hear from them."

"Extremely disturbing experience ! On the day of my check-out, I discovered that €700 were missing from my wallet, which had been placed inside my suitcase. This money was definitely there before. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel management. Unfortunately, the situation was not handled seriously, and I did not receive any real support or resolution. This raised serious concerns for me regarding the safety of personal belongings and how incidents are managed. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables at this hotel."

"Nice hotel. Modern, beautiful, well located ( few steps Metro ). Breakfast 10/10. Safety area. Excellent services however just 1 huge cons. Room is not soundproofed, I mean, you can hear from one to one easily. Deep dreamers are welcome, others just go to another one."
