"I was there at someone else's expense, for a 20 person meeting The room, yes pretty good, great bed, all very 4*. I wish the curtain would shut fully, I would have liked a fridge. The staff were nice What I didn't like. No stairs to the ground floor, and with 2 tiny lifts (4 people max) it was a pain. It's a few km from town and the ruins and churches etc, walkable or buses/trams And when I asked for directions to the bus for the railway station I was told go up the road, turn right, it's on the other side of the road. NO, it's SECOND right. This left me hurrying to catch my flight"

We’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels before, and this is the first time something like this has happened to us. I would like to share our disappointment with this hotel. First, there was a staff member named Stefano who was working the night shift on May 25. When we entered the hotel and stood in front of the reception desk, we saw him in the back office watching something at a high volume. He did not come to the front desk immediately to attend to us and instead stayed at the back while asking what we needed. We kindly asked if it was possible to have a vanity kit, but he asked what it was and then told us that it would require payment if we wanted one. We also asked for extra water, but he immediately asked us in a rude manner whether we were Hilton members. After we answered, he rudely asked again what membership level we had and then told us that the water would also require payment. In short, it felt like if you are not a member, you will be treated badly by this hotel. So far, in all the Hilton hotels we’ve visited, we were given water and other amenities without any judgment. I personally also work in the same industry, so I am familiar with Hilton standards. I would never come back to this hotel. It is such a disgrace. On the positive side, I would like to thank the ladies at the reception during check-in, especially the ladies during check-out, for granting us a late check-out."

"This hotel is in a neighborhood by the Embassies. It does have a tram stop right near it so you will hear it. However, it is a great property! Every single one of the staff members went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of, very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a token operated washer and dryer. There are great restaurants near the hotel and the breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options. The room we stayed in was big for a European hotel room. Loved staying there."
