What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Annalisa and the entire reception team for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every detail. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their recommendations were excellent, helping us discover amazing places in the city, and every arrangement was handled smoothly and efficiently. It is rare to find a team so dedicated, kind, and organized. They turned a great stay into a memorable one. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome."

"Stayed for 4 nights, on our first visit to Rome. The hotel location was perfect, on a beautiful quiet street 5 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Our bedroom, breakfast buffet and the hotel ambiance were all great, but the team of people that work there were what made our experience truly exceptional; everyone was so kind, helpful, friendly, and we were made to feel genuinely welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here, and hope that one day we will return."

"My partner and I stayed here for a week in January. This hotel is truly located in the heart of Rome, close to absolutely everything. The staff is fantastic, incredibly accommodating and friendly! Housed in a former monastery, the hotel features a very beautiful exterior, lobby, and dining hall. ​However, there are a few things we believe the hotel could do to contribute to an even better experience. The hotel relies heavily on its location, and while the appearance suggests an upscale hotel, to be honest, we didn't unfortunately quite get that same feeling throughout our stay. We were assigned a room on the first floor. We had expected the room to be more inviting and offer the same feeling we met upon arrival. It was also very noisy on our floor. If you stay here, be prepared for loud door slamming and hearing other guests passing in the corridor. This applies to the afternoon, evening and night, so to avoid waking up at night – bring earplugs! We really hope the hotel finds a solution for this. We also felt the AC in the room wasn't the best. It didn't affect us much since we were out most of the day, but when we woke up in the morning, the room felt warm and stuffy. The bed however was comfy and nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast and food did not quite meet our expectations. There was an impressive selection of sweets and pastries for breakfast, but other aspects could be improved. For example, unless we went down when breakfast opened, the hot dishes, like the scrambled eggs, were often barely warm or cold even. The bacon was often overcooked or burnt. On one occasion, after a long day out, we ordered toast at the hotel. We were obviously aware of what we were ordering, but for 15 euros per person, receiving industrial sliced bread felt a bit sad and uninspired, especially in a country like Italy with its amazing food culture. It was such a contrast to what we had become accustomed to in the city. In summary: friendly staff and a great location. Less good were the room and the food."
