"It’s a 30 minute walk from the town in not a very scenic location , pools only open June -September, room was nice except for the view of the fire escape & burnt out car , breakfast was nice ,"

"When we arrived on a beautiful May Day temperature was 27 degrees . We were upgraded to a superior room on 8th floor by Sandro which we really appreciated as wonderful views to the port and the mountain . Our room 800 had a great balcony .We started our holiday with apirol spritz in the wonderful bar with friendly well trained staff . The breakfast was very enjoyable and we asked for fresh coffee and fried eggs from the kitchen . The team on breakfast duty were hardworking and efficient and very friendly . There is a great swimming pool which we really enjoyed . Walk out of hotel onto Main Street by the water and there is a great walk into centre along the port all footpath or take a 5 minute bus as parking in Olbia is difficult . The hotel provide a free car park . Andrea was more than helpful very kind gentleman full of patience and kindness . The only way to appreciate Olbia is with a pair of good walking shoes it will really surprise you . We will be back now that we have discovered a wonderful hotel spotless clean and wonderful friendly staff which are the main reason to return . What a great feeling to wake up to beautiful sunshine on 8 th floor after a bleak winter ."

"One of the worst properties I have ever come across. They charge you for air conditioned rooms but turn off the air conditions in the middle of the night, increase the temperature in your rooms as they please. Their rooms are super super inconvenient and hot to stay. When we informed the staff, they said they will not lower the temperature below 20 degrees C."
