"This hotel is a little gem in the Ragusa area. I had already stayed here in 2008, and nothing has changed in terms of quality—if anything, it’s even improved. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely kind, customer service is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and well-furnished. But in my opinion, the real value of staying here lies in the serene energy you feel. It’s as if your body and mind synchronize with this patient, constant energy, which ultimately allows you to breathe a sigh of relief and shed the stress you arrived with—the stress you carry home from a life that’s perhaps a bit too hectic. "The minute I went into my room you could smell the mould. The bathroom needs either a deep clean or a total Reno, Carpets in the hallways were faded and buckled - major trip hazard. Although the reception area looked nice that didn’t flow through to the rooms. Service in the restaurant was abysmal - 2 hrs to put together a plate of cold meat & cheese, did not appear to have enough staff in the kitchen. All I could see was one poor man who was ran ragged. Unless they did a major revamp I would not stay here again"
