"Busy reception, no towels for the pool until you get your room and expected to keep them for the duration - they are thin and awful quality. Have never stayed in a hotel that charges to have them cleaned and at such cheap quality… this is a new change and one that should be included in the price - charge £5 more a night! It’s cheap and ridiculous … disappointing .. also on coffee barista at breakfast so you que for a coffee not ideal. We got a room below breakfast so very noisy. The pool is great and the beach bar further down!"

"We stayed in hotel early june weather amazing hotel standard is good very clean bedroom large spacious cleaned every day bottles water free every day sea view amazing not enough furniture on balcony Downside restaurant Food is plentiful at breakfast and variety is good however the hot food is like canteen food and is not hot the food is kept in pottery bowels the variety of eggs is nil in the morning the evening meals are no better the area needs to expanded out and slightly lower so people do not need to reach over other dishes chefs putting hot food on top of cold food is also not good que at coffee counter is always long there is no manager going around cleaning food areas wiping down where people have dropped food staff don't seem to have set areas to work on they walk back and forth with dirty utensils there should be dumb waiters allocated and trollies to transport the dirty items to the kitchen which would be a lot quicker for the staff and also reduce numbers of staff having to clear tables big suggeston families should be served earlier in resturant say 5 until 6.30 in the evening coupls from 7.30or make this adult only hotel to many children for what you pay to stay in hotel there is no allocated staff for bar drinks in the restaurant they also dont seem to have designated areas to work on there is no process in place the bar drinks are expensive 2x larger 14 euros 2 GT 20.00 euros the reception on check in take a,payment on your bank card when you arrive this you should get back when you check out also been aware 10.00 euros tax a day iwhich is added to your bill jet 2 do not mention this they say it's around 36.00 euros for the duration of 7 days I quired this when I booked our holiday tgere is no jet 2 rep at hitel we were not given a welcomecpack on arrival by the rep there is nothing around the hotel you would need to use taxi 20 euros each way or shuttle bus 10.00euros leaving 9.00 pick up 12 then 4pm pick up 7pm the town does not come alive until around 6pm The hotel standard is lovely clean well furnished the staff so helpful work hard but the resturant and bar prices let the hotel down not 5 star boarder on 4 star the chefs need to up there variety food and how it is served the sulphur pool which smells awful nonone used it much when we stayedcoukd be used to better use the pool outside is small the beds are amazing the life guard is constantly cleaning the whole area you do have the idiots putting down towels on beds each day that needs to be addressed by management the hotel does not take cash only cards daytime meal in lime bar around 40 euro 2 toasties 2 beer You can get the hotel train to the beach which is a fair walk but lovely and there is a bar there free hotel towels my family have a large hotel Inever put comments on trip adviser but feel the issues I have mentioned can be made better as jet 2 and tui use this hotel going forward"

"My experience coming from California here,at first was not welcoming but the management lived up to my expectations and more, rectifying everything I considered to be a short coming. THEY REALLY WORK TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE SATISFIED!!! PLUS THE SPA DID A GREAT JOB AND I recommend Arianna for everything!!"
