"Wonderful stay in Florence: Our stay in Florence was truly enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room size was perfect for a family. The staff were exceptionally attentive to our 10‑year‑old son, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served as a buffet on the terrace with a beautiful view — an excellent start to the day. Special thanks to Alessandra at reception, who not only provided us with great information about the city but also assisted us whenever we needed support. If we return to Florence, we would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Room was very nice had a lovely river view, all amenities needed. It was very warm but we just opened the door and it didn't bother us enough to mention it too reception staff. Although it's a good 30-40min walk from the centre of Florence there is a bus stop literally round the corner that takes you straight to the centre in a round 15mins! It is situated on a main road but noise was minimal with doors and windows closed. Could have been more option at breakfast, maybe a menu to order eggs?? Food on offer was fresh and of good quality though. The spa was a lovely way to relax after a long day walking and sightseeing. Everywhere was very clean and well presented. Staff were all very helpful and professional. Only stayed 2 nights for a short break but would stay again!"
