Hotel Indigo Florence

"Horrible experience with bugs. The room had lots of mosquitoes and I was bitten all over. They did send someone to spray the room. We went to another room and it had mosquitoes also."

"Good points - excellent breakfast buffet, reasonable room and bathroom, good location (near central rail station). Tram line right outside. Bad points - lobby is too small and lifts inadequate for a hotel of this size. Swimming pool is very small, in a sort of back garden, and tricky to access. Whilst we were there a heavy metal panel in the ceiling beneath the aircon unit fell out, and left exposed electrical wires. Although maintenance "fixed" it fairly quickly, the hotel seemed to think it was our fault for having opened the window. No explanation, no apology, made to feel as if we were the ones at fault - not very impressed with that treatment at all."

"The hotel was beautiful inside and it is conveniently located near the main train station but the neighborhood is a bit odd. The parking is also quite expensive. The room was very nice. We had a premium room with 2 twin beds and then a little area with a sofa bed but not your typical one with a wirey mattress frame. It even had a curtain that you could use to make it private. It would be a perfect room for a triple."
