"This 5 star hotel, in a strategic location near the Accademia bridge and a 15 minute walk to San Marco, is set on a quiet canal near a historic squero (where they build gondolas one by one) Inside is historic yet stylish, with a gorgeous flowering garden in the back. Rooms are in differing sizes; mine was palatial 😀. Gennaro at the cocktail bar can mix you anything you like, and he oozes charm. The restaurant is under the direction of a Michelin starred chef and his brilliant protege Raffaele. Another Raffaele is the pastry chef. What a surprise! Wines are expertly paired by Maitre Dario. The atmosphere is idyllic. The hotel staff were exceptional, too. Sofia was a gem. The general manager Olga was just the right balance of professional and warm. Well done, team, I will be back!"

"We stayed at the Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace for three nights, having booked last minute, and it was wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful - spacious, elegant and immaculately clean (with the most heavenly smell throughout, from the huge diffusers dotted around). Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely view over the garden. The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent - nice and quiet but within walking distance of everywhere. Breakfast wasn't included but we had breakfast one morning and it was superb - a great selection of food and the best scrambled eggs we have ever eaten. Highly recommended."

"We had 3 amazing nights in Venice thanks to Sofia and the amazing staff at Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace. The hotel is elegant with tasteful modern updates. The location is ideal, with everything you need right outside the spectacular lobby and within a short walk or boat ride to everything Venice has to offer. The staff made us feel special as we were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday and had high hopes for her first visit to Italy. Even with high expectations, the staff and hotel exceeded our dreams for the perfect Venice experience."
