"Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel and the reception looked very nice however as soon as we got into our room we was very disappointed there was hair or something in the bath all the walls was dirty literally everything was dusty I even went to reception to complain and all they said was the painter is coming next week and that they would send someone to deep clean the room but that never happened at all! Also the breakfast was disgusting aswel! I Would not recommend this hotel at all it’s disgusting do not come here. To make matters worse you have to pay to use the swimming pool"

But the staff handled it quickly and within minutes, we were settled into our stay. Fresh linens, polished floors, and a consistently high standard of housekeeping made a noticeable difference. Our housemaid was lovely and always checked if we needed anything. The decor is minimalist but warm, making it feel like a modern boutique hotel near Venice rather than a generic chain stay. Spa & Wellness: Perfect After Exploring Venice After long days walking through Venice, the hotel’s spa and wellness centre in Mestre was exactly what I needed. I booked a sports massage and facial, both were excellent. The therapist was professional and friendly, and the treatments genuinely helped me recharge. Friendly, Welcoming Staff The team here really added to the experience. Friendly, approachable, and always willing to help without being overbearing. It made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable, which is exactly what you want when travelling. "Nice, clean hotel. Our room was a bit tight for two people but bed was comfortable. Have to give big kudos to the front desk woman, Camilla, she was amazing helping us phone and change a flight reservation and navigating the exemption process for the Venice tourist tax. She made our day!!!"
