LH Hotel Sirio Venice

"The hotel is defo not a 4* , no tea coffee facilities in the room, only has machines in bar area where you can get a drink if the bar is not open, only interested in you if you are part of a tour group , bar didn’t open at all on the Saturday while we was there, only opens at 7pm for a few hours if it does open, staff on reception I felt were not very engaging and not very helpful, nothing in the rooms that tells you what’s in the area, or if you can buy bus tickets from them to go into Venice, breakfast was ok, bus stop just down the road to the right to get into Venice city. It advertised it has a bar, which I think should be open if advertised as so. I defo wouldn’t recommend this hotel, we are very easy going people and were very disappointed ."

"This not a 4 star hotel no kettle no complementary tea and coffee no iron ( they wanted to charge to use the iron from reception) safe didn’t work and was not told about it at all nice room thou .. no staff was friendly at breakfast people was queuing for coffee machine and other guests was tell each other that there is another machine round the corner to use wil staff just stood there staring at other guest didn’t look happy in there jobs ! On the booking said check out at 12 clock 🤔 but at 10.30 they called the room to say if not out soon you will get charged ! Bad customer service .. only good place was next door Chinese or pizza no bars or other restaurant 15 min walk to the shopping centre and to jump on the trams !"

"I checked in late afternoon and wanted to get a coffee but nothing in the room and when I asked at the desk the girl said all the places around were closed as it was Sunday and they couldn’t sell me one as they didn’t open the bar till 7pm I was not impressed Also it is very hot and the air conditioning is terrible I would not recommend this place at all"
