"The hotel is a very charming old building, and the staff is excellent! All were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. Perfect location in the city. The room we had on our first night was directly over the bar and the lobby and the sounds of each carried to our room. We did ask for a room change the 2nd night as we had a very early flight and wanted to get some sleep. The change was done without a problem and was much appreciated! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to other travelers while in Venice."

"We recently stayed in Venice at the Hotel Saturnia for 2 nights before departing on a cruise. The stay was wonderful. We coordinated with the hotel to be picked up and the airport and boated straight to their dock. Despite our flights and arrival time being changed several times and finally arriving very late at night, they we quick to accommodate and maintained a high level of communication throughout our trip. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, with lots of great options to choose from with both indoor and outdoor seating. Most notably, the concierge service was outstanding, providing valuable information and getting us reservations and an outstanding recommended restaurant and a complimentary tour to Murano Island to see glass blowing. They even helped us determine the best way to get our delayed bags prior to our cruise departure. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a very special stay at Hotel Saturnia. The accommodations are beautiful and boutique and will leave you impressed. My wife and I want to give a special mention to Valeria, the breakfast service manager, who took such great care of us and made us feel so warm and welcomed. It was so nice waking up every morning and going downstairs for a delicious breakfast and being treated so well. We highly recommend Hotel Saturnia and make sure you don’t skip breakfast, Valeria will make you feel at home!"
