"Gorgeous views, nice room . Not suitable for anyone with walking issues. It has lots of steps and steep slopes . No lift even to restaurant , lot of steps down to it and then more to get up into it. For us what really made our holiday was the wonderful staff . In the restaurant:: Aldo , Darko and Milca were exceptionally good. Snack Bar /Ice cream :: Sanjay who always had a smile on his face. Boat trips :: Bobanna who went out of her way to assist you . My husband had a dodgy tummy one day and she went off and got him 2 sachets which would and did help him, she even brought him a glass of water to mix it in . Even on the cold days when she was sitting out in the cold she was lovely . And last but not least :: The animation team who are all exceptional at their jobs :: Omar, Stacey, Esfir, Lido, Maria, Nikolas, Anna and Adam. We left feeling that we had made 8 new young friends. You were what made our holiday really special, you are all in our hearts and we will never forget any of you, Thank you for your kindness to us both . And the highlight of our evening entertainment was Nikolas’s fire show, his show is absolutely amazing. We were also very lucky to have met so many lovely guests and have made new friends for life too . We hope to come back and catch up with you all again soon. This hotel certainly wouldn’t be the same without you all , You are what makes this place special and worth coming too ."

"Our stay at Iberostar Herceg Novi got off to an unexpected start when we were informed that our original booking at Iberostar Selection Herceg Novi had been moved because the property is still under construction. Naturally, this was disappointing at first, as we had specifically booked the Selection hotel. Upon arrival, we also discovered that we had been allocated the wrong room type. However, the issue was handled professionally and efficiently, and it was quickly resolved the following day. A special mention must go to Front Office Manager Mirjana Jovanovic, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She took the time to listen to our concerns, ensured that we were comfortable, and worked hard to put things right given the circumstances. Her professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and offer stunning views. The beach is simply gorgeous, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. The food offered a good variety, and it was clear that a great deal of effort went into providing something for everyone. As vegetarians, we often find dining options limited when travelling, regardless of the destination. However, the restaurant team genuinely did their very best to cater to our needs and were always happy to assist. The hotel can do a little more in terms of variety for Veg guests. The staff throughout the hotel were hardworking, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the afternoon snack cart, which offered a fantastic selection of ice creams and hot snacks. A special thank you to Sanjay, who always served guests with a smile. The pool bar was excellent, with a great selection of drinks available throughout the day. The entertainment team deserves particular recognition, they were incredibly talented, energetic, and consistently went above and beyond to encourage guest participation. Whether it was darts, archery, dancing, fitness activities, or the live music and evening shows, there was always something happening and the atmosphere they created was fantastic. For families, Star Camp was brilliant, offering a wide range of activities that kept the children engaged and entertained throughout the holiday. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Iberostar Herceg Novi. Despite the initial disruption caused by the hotel change, the outstanding service, beautiful location, excellent facilities, and dedicated staff made for a memorable holiday. Thank you to everyone at Iberostar Herceg Novi for making our first holiday in Montenegro such an enjoyable experience. We would not hesitate to return in the future."

"From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was somewhere truly special. The resort is set within breathtaking gardens, where walls of jasmine tumble alongside an abundance of beautiful plants and flowers, creating an atmosphere that feels both lush and serene. The setting along a stunning stretch of coastline is simply gorgeous, with a private beach that holds a prestigious Blue Flag award – and the water really does have to be seen to be believed, crystal clear and utterly inviting. We stayed as a family in interconnecting rooms, which were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. Everything we needed was there. The food was outstanding. The variety on offer was impressive, the quality consistently high, and the special cuisine evenings were a real highlight – something different and exciting to look forward to each time. The bars are brilliantly designed, with a clever self-service layout, and the drinks quality was excellent throughout. Every communal space – the pools, the toilets, the gardens – was kept immaculately clean, which really added to the overall experience. What elevates this resort above anywhere else we have stayed, however, is the staff. Quite simply, they are exceptional – every single one of them. The entertainment team work tirelessly, and their energy, warmth and inclusivity made such a difference to the whole holiday. The children’s club team – Anna, Daria and Bianca – were absolutely wonderful with our children, engaging, creative and endlessly fun. Our kids adored them. In the kitchen and restaurants, chefs Marko, Milicia and Igor deserve enormous credit for the quality and creativity of the food. There are too many names to mention but some I noted but there are others, Efir, Omar, Lido, Adam, Daria, Maria, Gabriela and Anja were all consistently warm, attentive and a genuine pleasure to spend time with. The gardeners, front of house team and baristas all contributed to an atmosphere where you felt genuinely welcomed and cared for at every turn. Our children had an absolute ball – taking part in table tennis, pétanque, quizzes and a host of other activities that kept them busy, happy and thoroughly entertained from morning to evening. The evening entertainment was fabulous, and the whole family looked forward to it each night. I also treated myself to a spa session with Ivana – a scrub and seaweed wrap that was not only wonderfully relaxing but genuinely excellent value. A real treat. A particular highlight was the water taxi service across the bay to Herceg Novi – a beautiful, historic town of old buildings, narrow winding streets and charming squares. To sit with a drink in one of those sun-drenched squares, surrounded by centuries of history, was a lovely way to spend an afternoon and gave our holiday an extra cultural dimension that we hadn’t quite expected. We came home rested, happy and already talking about when we might return. Thank you to every single member of staff who made our holiday so memorable. You are all a credit to this wonderful resort."
