"I took my family to this resort, we had an absolute blast, the food service everything was excellent, especially Adil from the bar we were very well taken care off. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic, especially Hakim and Fufu."

"Overall, the resort offers a pleasant and enjoyable stay. However, my experience varied significantly between teams. Reception & Guest Experience Team – 1/5 Unfortunately, this was the weakest part of my stay. My experience with the reception and guest experience team was disappointing and not aligned with the standard expected from a 5* resort of this category, and also from my experience staying at other Pickalbatros hotels. Despite booking a double bed room, was allocated a twin room. Waiting times at reception were also quite long and i observed other guests expressing frustration with the service. When I reported a missing item after returning from the aqua park, the response i received felt dismissive and lacked empathy or support. I was immediately told that it was my responsibility, without any effort to investigate or assist further. Given that the property has enough technologies, i expected at least some level of willingness to review the situation or guide me through proper escalation channels. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional, and there was a noticeable lack of accountability and guest-oriented approach. Restaurants Team – 5/5 The restaurant staff were outstanding. They were consistently polite, attentive, and efficient. Service was smooth even during busy periods, and the team maintained a welcoming and positive attitude throughout. They contributed significantly to an enjoyable dining experience. Aqua Park Team – 5/5 The aqua park team was excellent. They were helpful and ensured safety well maintained. Other Hotel Staff – 5/5 Across housekeeping, grounds and other service teams, the staff were consistently kind, respectful and cooperative."
