"Stayed as it is close tongue airport . Everything fine on arrival. Got to the room to find there was no television working. Went ro reception to complain, was told someone would be there in "5 minutes". After an hour went back and was told there " is no television, they are doing maintenance ". No apology, no offer no anything, no alternative. . I said that's ridiculous, the staff member shrugged their shoulder and turned their back to talk to someone else. There was no television for the duration of our stay. And service dreadful and rude."

"I am currently staying in this hotel, everyone should know that if you come to this hotel, you will be left in the cold, the air conditioner is broken and they are not responsible for anything that is broken, and even though they know this situation, they can look at you and laugh evilly. This unsympathetic employee tells you to wait for the technician in the morning instead of changing the room. If the water bursts in the room and the glass breaks, you may be left in the cold or in the water. Don't let the price mislead you. There is no technician responsible. Is there no night manager? There are two. There are insensitive and irresponsible employees who laugh at the customer's situation and know that the room is defective and give it to them knowingly. Calm down, do not trust them. You wait for the receptionist, manager and technician to be in a good mood for all the work to be done. You will be devastated with your children and family. If there is a fire, you will be burned. There is nothing in the name of humanity when there is no one other than two people in the hotel. There is no empathy."
