Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam

"This hotel is really something else! There's so much to look at everywhere you go. All little details, crazy room, things you'd never expect. My personal favorite was the Candy House. And you can actually sleep inside a giant cuckoo clock. I mean… how cool is that?! The room I booked was not very big, but that was made clear during booking and also the price was also quite low. The bed was very comfy so no complaints whatsoever. They don't do breakfast, but there's a food/drinks/snack station in the lobby that's open 24/7. Really handy honestly. Staff were super friendly. There's no elevator but when I arrived there was a family with some luggage and they just grabbed it and carried it up for them. Didn't even have to ask. There's no TV in the room, but that's also mentioned when you book so no surprise there. Just bring a iPad, the WiFi is pretty good. So no problem."

"We've just had 3 great nights at this hotel, the team were very attentive, informative and professional, Bianca was very helpful with my wife and her wheelchair also with any questions asked, she is a credit to the hotel. The room we stayed in was the perfect fit for us both, it was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and getting to the service lift with the wheelchair was very good too. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will return."
