"excellent historic building with really nicely thought out rooms and spaces, loved the location and my room overlooking the palace, what a nice view on a beautiful central street. the staff was phenomenal, check in was lovely and each time greeted with warmth and friendliness. thank you lucia, channin, gabriella, diana, christos. the stay felt familiar and welcoming. cant wait to visit again!"

"Old-fashioned old-school hotel in a quiet area; lots of quality restaurant within minutes and the tourist sites only a little further - very walkable. The building used to be a bank so the old safes now become room fridges, lots of polished wood and gold door knobs etc. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - special mention for Christos who went way beyond all expectations when I arrived early but wanted a room anyway."

"From the moment we arrived, the room was clearly dirty. We found used spoons and glasses left behind by previous guests, which was unacceptable. There was a noticeable amount of dust everywhere — on the floor, the doors, and throughout the bathroom. During the three days of our stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room. The floor remained dirty the entire time, and both the bathroom and room surfaces were covered in dust. In addition, the hotel restaurant was out of service and not available for dinner. Room service was also unavailable, which was very inconvenient and not communicated in advance. Cleanliness and basic hotel services are fundamental expectations, and in this case, they were far below an acceptable standard."
