"Everything was fine during my stay which was third stay in your hotel as indicated above. Everybody was smiling and helpfull especially receptionest Sanghi and service staff in the cafe restaurand and also cleaning staff. Your room amenities and materials; coffee, tea, biscuit, dushe materials sampoo and cream was high quality. Textile quality was high. Phone charging unit with USB and more electricity supply units in the room were great idea and comfort for customers."

"Booked this because we just needed a quick overnight place to stay that was close to the train station. It was an easy walk from the train station. We got in late at night, so it actually looked closed from the front, but there was a side gate to go through. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. The shower was a little tight, my husband has broad shoulders and it was hard to maneuver in. Staff during checkout was just as friendly as the staff the evening before. We did not try any extra amenities or breakfast, but I would definitely stay here again if we needed to. Great value for the money!"

"The Social Hub looks like a hostel because it used to be one, but it now offers proper hotel services, complete with optional breakfast, individual rooms, private bathrooms, 24 hour reception, etc. I found the fares a bit expensive, but some of my colleagues got significantly lower prices, so maybe I was a bit unlucky. Either way, I thought the price was more than justified! The breakfast is great, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very attentive and helpful. I was positively surprised with the availability of free laundry and dryer machines, although they can get a bit crowded because they are free. Also, it lacks a proper "reservation" system; you have to monitor when a program is ending and *then* you can "reserve" the machine. Either way, this is only an issue when it's overcrowded; otherwise, having free laundry is way, way too convenient! I was also surprised at having as much as 1 litre of free drinking water every day! It may not look like much, but most hotels at most give you one small free bottle for your whole stay and you yourself have to shop around to get your own water or pay the hotel's prohibitive prices. Not having to worry about water was something I found surprisingly impactful! The only "proper hotel" facility the hotel rooms lack is a small fridge, but you can just ask reception to store items in their own fridge. Not as convenient as having one in the room, but honestly, I myself rarely use the fridge either way. Speaking of that, all staff was really good, in spite of being very young: usually, older staff are better at solving problems because (duh) they're more experienced. The location is excellent, as it's near both a tram stop and a train station (Holland Spoor, or Den Haag HS), so you only need a few tram stops to reach The Hague's big commercial square and one stop to reach Den Haag Centraal, which has even more tram and train destinations. Also, it sits near a street full of restaurants (many of them arabic, yumm) and a plaza with some more restaurants and two supermarkets (Jumbo and Albert Heijn). It's hard getting more convenience than that! The downside is how much you have to walk whenever you need to enter or leave the room. Because of the many different services and room levels The Social Hub offers, you have to navigate quite a winding path of corridors, checked doors and rooms to finally leave the hotel or get to the restaurant. I'm also not a big fan of the extreme Gen Z atmosphere, but I find it more of an involuntarily humorous and cringey nuisance than an actual bother."
