"Will not be going back to this hotel or encourage other friends to stay there i have never been so insulted by a member of the night staff Anna what a horrible person."

"in a group of older gentlemen of ten, breakfast was pretty basic for the hot option .well below par and cold but the continental choice was ok. One small breville type 2 slice toaster so be prepared to wait. Staff were mostly ok but there was one individual in particular who's name i was told is Anna who worked one night shift. About 4 off us were talking as we approached the hotel and became quiet as we entered , on doing so i said hello in polish to which she jumped down my throat and spoke in an aggressive and unfriendly manner . Was told to have respect for other guest's and told a fellow companion we were acting like 5 year olds. The time was slightly after midnight . In the morning i was told at breakfast my other companions informed me she had threatened them with the police and would be evicted. This woman had no people skills and no decorum , she definitely was NOT a polite person and treated her guest's with disrespect."

"Sadly no reflection on the hotel wich was clean and tidy, food was good also. It is down to a member off staff namely ANNA, she was rude, arrogant,and informed us she had the authority to call the police if she deemed noise levels exceeded her expectations, at breakfast the following day we learned that she conveyed the same attitude to other guests at the hotel, the management need to remove her in order to gain 5 star recommendations."
