"This is my second visit and can't praise the hotel enough. Everything was brilliant from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The hotel provided us with a packed breakfast when our tour was moved to a very early start at very short noticed. Nothing is too much trouble. I very much hope to see you again very soon."

"My husband and I just spent a week at this fabulous hotel & loved every minute of it. You can't beat the location as you can walk to all the 'must see' spots in Krakow. The hotel is just the right size so it feels like home away from home, spotlessly clean, breakfasts are a feast not to miss and staff so friendly and helpful. I have to mention Dima who always went the extra mile. We booked our tours through the hotel so were picked up from the hotel. Our room was on ground level & had a door that opened onto the outside garden/outdoor restaurant seating which was nice but could be very noisy if people were out there & you had windows open. Standard double room bed is small so if you are tall or slightly bigger I wouldn't recommend this room, Other than that the room was great, lots of cupboard space, nice shower room, bar fridge & tea/coffee facilities. Also got a complementary tin of still water every day which was a nice touch. We were sad to leave but can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to a great team at Hotel M29."
