3HB Falesia Beach

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Our room/suite was nice and spacious with a balcony offering a beautiful sea view. We enjoyed waking up to these lovely surroundings. Access to the beach was nice and the seaside was quite impressing. Unfortunately, the weather was windy and the waves quite high, which was good for surfing but not really for swimming. There was no room service or evening turndown. On the second day when we came back at 15:00 the cleaning of our room had not yet been made, it was done shortly before 17:00 which we found rather late. The next day we turned the sign “please make the room” on, before leaving the hotel at 8:30. When we came back 5 hours later the room was not made… Obviously cleaning is done according to a strict plan and does not allow for changes according to guests wishes. ‘Finally, the hotel is on the same premises as a 3-4* hotel with shared facilities: reception, gym, swimming pool and restaurants. As there is only one rather small swimming pool, with quite a few children splashing around, it was difficult to have a decent swim after 10:00. Dinner at the view was particularly good, the quality of the food was high, especially the filet mignon which was so tender! We enjoyed it very much. Overall, we had a pleasant stay even though some aspects did not live up to our expectations of a 5* hotel."

"We loved our stay here from the moment we arrived! Accommodation: Our suite was beautifuland spacious with living room, small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and sink. Two bathrooms, living room and large balcony.. Fridge was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. Hotel: Food was varied each day at evening meal, we returned to the buffet over and over again. The bar served food on an upper level, with a reduced menu available to be brought to your sun lounger by the pool. We loved the walk to the beach through an unspoilt path after the steps down from the hotel.. Wonderful holiday at 3HB Falesia, would recommend and would love to return! This is a tranquil location so definitely not suitable for party goers, and maybe not for families looking for activities at the pool etc..."

"Stayed at Falésia Beach for one week in April/May for a familiy holiday. Loved absolutely everything about this hotel- the friendly staff, so clean, lovely garden and surroundings, pool area, brand new gym with great equipment, the spa and the comfortable rooms. Breakfast is amazing! We had dinner included which was great and tasty with lots of different options every day. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special!🩷☀️"
