"The bellman Eduardo at this property, from the time we arrived I had a coughing fit and he brought me a glass of water. The front desk was very accommodating we had 2 rooms because of our teenage children. Until the time we checked out informed me about the best hospital to go get myself checked out. He made our experience 10 out of 10!!!"

"The hotel is very warm and welcoming, I was greeted by Rui at the front desk and he made me feel at ease right away and continued to check in on me. Me and my Partner were also looked after by Sandip who is the best host ever, he made us feel right at home after a long journey, his service was perfect and made me look forward to my evening meals. Marila also did a fantastic job in the restaurant and was an excellent server"

"A standard four-star hotel in every sense — service, room quality, and food options are all as basic as they can get. Quite disappointing overall, as I was expecting considerably better. The service was particularly off-putting. Checking in with a baby, I politely asked whether the room might be available a little earlier — and was met with a robotic recitation of the hotel's standard check-in policy. No empathy, no attempt to help, just the rulebook. The parking situation is frankly chaotic. The hotel's policy of maximising paid parking spaces has spilled over onto the surrounding pavements, which are lined with cars — forcing guests with pushchairs onto the road. It's a telling sign of where management's priorities lie: a few extra euros in parking revenue over a safe, civilised environment for their guests."
