"I am still there complex e incredible noise there.I wanted to call reception last night.English teenegers are incredible rude and having party all night.I dont mind about party but party can be on the beach not in front our room doors!"

"We booked this hotel expecting a genuine 5-star experience, but unfortunately it fell far short of that standard. Before travelling, we became concerned by the reviews and tried to change hotels, but received no assistance despite contacting both the hotel and our booking provider. We also complained on arrival and again during our stay, with no resolution offered. The hotel had numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues including a dirty shower mat, cracked tiles, dirty taps, a broken mirror, unclean floors, rusty gym equipment, and even a blood-stained pillow that had not been changed. Food hygiene was also concerning, with staff handling food directly by hand and food often being served cold. Both of us suffered upset stomachs during our stay. Noise was a major problem, with shouting, fights, and disruptive stag and hen groups making sleep almost impossible. Other issues included cigarette ends in drains, poor sauna hygiene practices, and restrictions that were not clearly explained before booking. The experience was so disappointing that we cut our holiday short and paid to change our flights home early. This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property, and we would not recommend it."

"Avoid at all cost we booked a couple holiday thinking it couldn’t be as bad as the reviews said , but we where very wrong the room was at best a bed sit broker mirrors fab butts in the room , not very clean , the hotel was very much a stag and hen doo hotel we booked for 7 nights all inclusive we flew home 3 days later the food was disappointing to say the least left out in the sun meat turning rancid flys all over it . We sat there and watched the cooks moving the food with there hands , the staff when mentioned this brushed it off , we finally begged to be moved as my partner was ill with the food and I had about 4 hrs sleep in 3 days in the end the offered us nothing and we got a flight home at the extra cost , avoid avoid avoid"
