"This was our second visit, this time bringing 13 family and friends with us. We received a lovely warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and the service was excellent. The size of the hotel meant we felt we had our own private pool, lots of afternoon fun in the sun. The new town is a 5 minute walk and a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. Ubers are cheap enough if you don’t fancy the walk back."

"Just wanted to make everyone aware of the awful experience me and my friends have just had at the HR hotels. We arrived Monday afternoon and was greeted by a lovely lady we paid our tax for the week and she gave us our key and that was that. We then went out for the night. we are all aged between 24-29 The next morning we went for breakfast and walked back through the hotel around 9:30am. The hotel manager was there and he was absolutely vile. He said he had noise complaints all night about us which was not the case as we was in bed by 10:30pm. He then demanded $150 in 15 minutes else we had to get out of the hotel. We then said can we pay by card and he said no if you don’t have the cash you can leave now. We managed to go out and get the cash and gave him the $150 After that we already felt like we was walking on eggshells. We was sat round the pool when the cleaner came to us and said all 4 of us needed to go to reception now. We got there and the manager talking to us like children told us he’d now show us what we’d down. He took us to the room where there was 2 women who was very angry. (I had come on period in the night and had a small leak on the bed sheet) she then proceeded to bring the bedsheet that had blood on into the hall way infront of me and my friends and was waving it around the hall way telling me it was not acceptable and then mumbling stuff in there language when I anything to apologise After embarrassing me like that we’d finally had enough and rang loveholidays to complain and make aware of the situation. They then said they was going to look into the situation. They then phoned us about 40 minutes later and that said they rang the hotel and asked what had happened and the man had told them he wasn’t happy because we had refused to pay the room deposit. Half way through the phone call between loveholidays and the hotel manager. He then cut the phone off to them and wouldn’t answer the phone to them again. For the last 3 nights the man done nothing but gave us evils and daggers whenever he saw us. I would honestly say I wouldn’t bother booking this hotel if you’re trying to have a good time with your friends."
