Pine Cliffs Hotel a Luxury Collection Resort

"We are staying here right now. Bars closed. Restaurants closed. Things aren’t good beware! We stay here a lot and it’s not what it used to be. Mare restaurant destroyed in winter storms. No main bar apart from outside!!!"

"Absolute shambles; no help when we came to the hotel. No parking despite saying there is; had to look around for 45 minutes for a spot. No one told us where things were around the hotel when we came. And we are staying in a room with a 4 year who has been trying to sleep when there's a massive wedding right outside our room. No help or alternatives given. Phoned the team 5 times and always got told we would get called back and didn't get called back; told the volume would go down; it didn't. Very poor experience. If a zero rating could be given, I would give it."

"We are repeat guests here having been here three other times. Standards have fallen off drastically. Ring the concierge takes 20 minutes to get an answer. Shuttle takes 45 minutes to arrive minimum. Pools get closed randomly for events leaving kids stuck using much smaller pools and waiting for shuttles to bring us around the resort. Service at pools is exceptionally slow. Better to bring your own drinks as it takes ages to get a drink. Golf course tee boxes and fairways are not in great condition. Previously a fantastic resort. Unfortunately, the standards have plummeted. Don’t think we’ll bother coming back."
