"If I could have started the visit with the second room we had then it would be a 5 star review, but for someone else visiting check your room before unpacking. Arrival was lovely - lovely helpful staff, and all good. Got to the room and unpacked - out for dinner. When we got back - room was in block 2. 1: no safe in the room 2: couldn't lock the door to the room 3: fridge wasn't working 4: patio door handle hanging off We called this in and after 30 mins we had a visit and a new fridge, but couldn't get the other things sorted so the shift manager Lucas came to visit. He really was helpful and wanted to help. 15 minutes after this we were moving rooms and what a different experience we had. We were moved into block 6 which was absolutely lovely. It was quiet, everything worked and we had a great stay. We only had one breakfast when visiting and no faults. The pool areas are lovely - lots of options and space. The bed was amazing - typically westin quality and comfort."

"We choose the Westin for a Marriott reward night. Originally booked a sea view room we were upgraded before arrival to a sea view junior suite. Staff at arrival was friendly but did not work really professional. After check in we went to the room and noticed that the staff at the reception assigned as the sea view room we originally booked. This room was so tiny and uncomfortable and looked worn. We complained at the reception and than received the junior suite we should get. The junior suites are good and spacious. But the standard rooms are really not worth the price. We had room service breakfast and the quality and the presentation was not good. Pools and gardens are nice and the hotel is in walking distance of the beach. But for the prices they charge you can get much better hotels. It is not worth being a Westin hotel"
