"The hotel is spotless, could not fault the cleanness of the hotel, I found staff very rude , when we checked in we were told nothing about the hotel, breakfast, bars nothing, one night one my friends went back to hotel early and fell asleep, we had no key to get into the room so we had to ask at reception the man was very rude telling us the time giving out , then on check out another staff gave out over our cases , I will return to Lisbon but not to this hotel over the staff"

"This hotel is very convenient - easily accessible by Metro from the airport (Rato or Marquis de Pombal stations, just one line switch.) The rooms are spacious and feature a kitchenette, which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. Staff were all terrific - check in, breakfast and housekeeping, can't say enough about how friendly and welcoming they all are!! The rooms with terraces were great for some views of the city. Everything was clean and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we are in Lisbon!"
