"After reading the mixed reviews we were a bit apprehensive booking this hotel, but were pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes ✅ Location- great and very central to most places, yes one needs to be aware in and around the surrounding areas with valuables. Service- great from reception to restaurant staff, all pleasant, helpful and felt nothing was too much for them. Breakfast - box standard but sufficient for a few days, choice of cooked eggs available on request. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms - clean, spacious and comfortable. Some of us were on the 9th floor and another on the 7th floor whose room was bigger and had a bath tub. Gym - my friend used it and said was small but great, good choice of equipment. Would definitely stay here again."

"Booked with easy jet holidays, arrived at 11am was told that our room isn’t ready until 3pm! They had another room ready but we’d have to pay extra. We’re currently on the 3rd floor and Sleep quality is zero because you can hear everything that goes on in the streets; lots of screaming and shouting till 4am every night. Which is strange as there are no windows to open or balconies. Open plan room with shower and sink in the room. No door to bathroom area. No privacy. Separate toilet, but when you switch on the light it lights up a bright light in the room waking up anyone else. Towels are old, worn and dirty; we had someone else’s fake eyelashes attached to them! Clearly not washed between guests. Absolutely disgusting. Looking forward to the Management response and how they will rectify the situation for the rest of our stay Regards T.Hall"

"Unfortunately the car park beneath the hotel was full, had to park miles away. The location is central. Raval is vibrant. The only issue with rooms is that the bathroom wall, whilst obscured, is glass. So if you’re sharing a room and use the WC it wakes up anyone still asleep"
