Hotel Sant Pau

"Hotel room was very noisy, the window seal to the cross road junction was not working and the road noise was very loud. Hotel is on a very busy junction. i use ear plugs so could get sleep but would not recommend. level 2 i was on. for the price paid i thought the facilities were dated and basic. room was cold and had to ask at reception for them to activate the aircon heater. overall disappointed. good distance to train stations for motogp. would not stay again. no kettle, tea coffee in room etc."

"Very disappointing experience because of the behavior of two male reception staff members. On our first night, reception was extremely rude when I asked for basic amenities like a toothbrush and shampoo. I was told aggressively to come downstairs myself despite explaining I was already in pajamas. When they finally brought the items, they handed them to me with attitude, ignored my “thank you,” and walked away. The next day, when we politely asked about receiving breakfast earlier due to our early flight — something another receptionist had already told us was possible — two receptionists became hostile, interrupted us constantly, raised their voices, and refused to let us speak. One even started mocking my English and speaking Spanish sarcastically instead of trying to help. This was not about breakfast. It was about the shocking lack of professionalism, respect, and basic hospitality. Other staff members were polite, but these two men completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on how guests are treated."
