Let’s talk public transport links, as getting to grips with the trains, trams, and metros is key to unlocking all that Barcelona has to offer. The tram and the metro are both about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, so whizzing from one end of the city to another will be a cinch. The bus network is great, too, and there’s a stop right outside the door. Hop on and you can be in Eixample in less than 15 minutes, or at La Sagrada Familia in just 20.
Finding a bite to eat in this city won’t be hard – if anything you’ll have too many choices. If you fancy something low-key, why not check out the menu at the on-site restaurant? Bonus points for having a nice short commute to bed once you’ve had your fill. If you’ve still got some fuel in the tank, head out to the rooftop terrace and enjoy a cocktail with a view of the city skyline.
