The Level at Melia Alicante - Adults Only

"We stayed at Meliá The Level Alicante for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the personal check-in made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Being welcomed with a choice of drinks and refreshments was a lovely touch. Throughout the day, the complimentary snacks and drinks were excellent, adding to the feeling of luxury and exclusivity. Our room was beautifully presented, complete with a candle and Rituals amenities, which made it feel extra special. The turndown service was a wonderful touch, with thoughtful extras such as chocolates and nuts left in the room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a perfect stay. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, particularly the freshly prepared eggs and ham. In the restaurant, the lamb and spring chicken were beautifully cooked and full of flavour. The complimentary drinks and spirits served between 6pm and 7pm were another fantastic benefit of The Level experience. One of the highlights was the balcony overlooking the marina. The views were stunning and created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Overall, this was a truly memorable stay. The combination of exceptional service, thoughtful touches, excellent food, and beautiful surroundings made it feel like a real luxury escape. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Meliá The Level Alicante."

"Our recent stay at the Melia in Alicante on The Level was amazing! The hotel is in an excellent location near the beach and countless restaurants and shopping. Very well maintained hotel, room was beautiful and very comfortable bed as well. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for a 4 night break and stayed on floor 5, part of the Level rooms. The room overlooked the harbour which was beautiful and quiet. Having travelled around the world, I can say that the bed and pillows are one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in. The bathroom facilities were great particularly the jacquizzi bath. As part of the Level facilities there are beer, wine and fizz and soft drinks available all day till 10pm, this was a nice touch. Also included was some 'picky bits' tapas at lunch and supper time. At 6pm all other drinks were included such as a G&T, aperol etc which was great before heading out for dinner. The only negative is the pool area, it looses the sunshine by about 1pm and is in the shade, although the loungers are very comfortable and towels available. I have still given a 5 star review as the building has been here a long time and refurbished beautifully, its not easy to move a pool into the sun all day !! I have to disagree with a previous review regarding the staff, they are so helpful. The staff in the Level area work tirelessly, particular shout out to Susana and ManuelA. We will be definitely be back"
