"Enjoyed our stay in April 2025 for The Elvis Fiesta. Great location. Polite/helpful staff, nice room, comfortable beds but the wardrobes aren't suitable for dresses, not enough space for them to hang properly so they were partly hung out of the wardrobe, which meant having to leave the doors open clashing with the room door. We enjoyed most of the restaurant food except breakfast, which was quite bland in my opinion. Some updating is required i.e.. upper floor corridors outdated wood panelling that is warped/marked presumably by bathroom floods. Same applied to our bathroom door (room 802). Toilets on lower floor don't all lock. Twice I was walked in on."

"We're currently staying here from the 2nd to the 9 th June very disappointed and won't be returning as adults with no children we don't recommend it unless you don't mind kids running around and having there face painted at 1045 at night whilst trying to watch what we thought would be adult entertainment all of us looking forward to a family nite of entertainment watching the Michael Jackson experience no such look as kids were screaming running everywhere and even getting in the way of the act love kids but there's a time and a place but definitely chaotic and mayhem"

"Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend with my family. This is our third time staying the Melia and the first time we upgraded to The Level. I must say the staff we're amazing, couldn't do enough for you and no request ever seemed to be a problem. Room was spacious and clean and every evening there was a knock at the door from staff with complementary snacks and water which was a nice touch. No complaints with food, plenty of choice however we only went for breakfast and happy hour so can't comment on lunch/dinner. If I had one critique it would be at check in. It wasn't made clear to us that if you booked The Level upgrade, check in was down stairs next to the restaurant. We waited in the check in queue for around 20mins only to be told we had to check in downstairs. However, it was a quick process once there one to keep in mind for next time. Overall it was a relaxing stay and we will be back."
